Yes they are, plus when i got my suzuki, the dealer told me when i thought about getting a honda that hondas are pricey and that they have no rebate. So yeah.. hondas are a bit costly.

I am wondering why the price of Civcs are going up. The last time I was in one (which was the L.A Auto Show in December 2006), the price on the floor models seemed high for what you where getting. I am wondering if something is going on at Honda that is causing this. Because Civics use to start around 15k.

It could be fan base, past experience, or here-say quality. Like you said, a lot of people used to buy them becuase they were cheap, but now it maybe just becuase they liked them so much, and the lifespan of hondas isn't too shabby if you ask me, so they just keep trusting them even the price goes up.

Currently I dont have fenders, front end, or rear bumper. Were doing a widebodyied kit and reno front conversion. I hope it'll be at least drivable at the end of next week.

Unfortunitly I already ahd forgotten about this as the car was drivable up untill yesterday when we started cutting it up for the renos front.
