Coolant unusually at low level?

mine was bought in 2008 it has 60000+ kms now. ive noticed that the recovery tank coolant level is always at the low marking. do u have the same observation in your swift? or you didnt pay attention.
i asked the service advisor in alabang about the coolant their using ang also if i can add any green coolant as long as it is ethelyn glycol they said YES or top it up with distilled water.
my concern is why the level cannot stay between the lo-high conditions.
I refer again to the manual and it says use only 50-50% coolant. when i checked the coolant of my swift from the radiator mine was 33%. meaning 67% distilled water. this was the coolant the dealer put up on my swift and not the one mentioned in the manual. i bought the green Prestone coolant concentrate 3liters for 870php for i am planning to drain my swift and replace it with 50-50 concentration.50 % coolant plus 50% distilled water. but unfortunately when i measured the coolant concentration itwas only 40%. wheras the bottle says "concentrate".
my idea is to observe the 50-50 coolant solutionif it will stays at its level between HI-Lo range. im thinking our suzuki swift evaporates water faster if the coolant is properly mixed.

ive never topped up the my toyota revo, it always stays higher, it checked its collant concentration and its ok almost 50%.

I experience the same thing with my APV with G16A engine but now with my previous Esteem with a G16B engine. Need to top up too on a monthly basis.

I am about to be a proud owner of a K14B Suzuki Swift. Hopefully, I won't need to worry about this.
