I've been gome for a bit, the fluttering sound is you idle speed control, it raises the rpm when you turn the lights on but theres not a 89 alive that has a working one, they cost over 200 buck and burn out fast, mine does the same so i just pluged it, As for the sensors i'll check and get back if you still want the info.
