    Gday!
Yeah the vehicle preparation has been coming along pretty well so far, I think once I've got a front bar, spotties and a CB i'll be ready. The tyre choice was a very tough one, but if you are keen to go larger 245/70/17s do fit, albeit a bit tight, but I get no rubbing. I opted for Maxis Bighorn 762s for a light truck construction for extra puncture resistance. They were pricey, are a bit noisy and heavy but I think I made the right choice. Removing your rear seats gives a HUGE amount of extra space in the back so I recommend doing that for any big trips (lets face it..GVs arent all that big inside). Ive also got on order a maxtrax rear wheel holder which should arrive soon, save me putting em up on the roof.
    Have fun with yours!

    Hi WaZook,
Have just bought myself a silver '09 GV Prestige here in Perth and joined up on the forum. Looks like I have the same intentions as you to kit it out for a trip to the Kimberly / Pilbara next year and going through the same ponderings on parts, ARB goodies and tyre upgrades. Just thought I'd say g'day and your current mods look schmick
