Hi! Just came across your post and wanted to Thank you for posting this...It is a huge help! Quick question on the Purge Solenoid and Pressure Switch inside the pump casing...Where there was some rust around the nipple of the Purge Solenoid...Do any of these move up and down (The steel or plastic nipple part where the o-rings go)? I know it's been awhile so you probably can't remember much about this unit. My problem is that I have all kinds of pressure...But the light never comes on. I hooked up a balloon to the outlet valve and it will blow up the balloon but after 10 seconds...It just shuts off and the balloon will deflate. Even if I put my thumb over it, it never stops (Until after the default 10 seconds). Is this a bad pressure switch? I see the purge valve go in and out...Is there a way to test specifically the pressure switch? Can I rewire it so that it holds the pressure after the pump shuts off after 10 seconds somehow?
