Hey I'd be interested if you take some pics of the kits and how they look with the car.
Alright, good timing as I have it appart to do the fogs now It'll still be awhile with holidays though...should be by next week, at least I hope I have things up and running by then.
how well do they work in precipitation, ex? my silverstar ultras seem to be nonexistent when its raining/snowing...
i was told that yellow puts out the best light for night driving, but i dont want a black, green AND yellow car . i'd probably go with ultra white or green...
did the price change, danny? you mentioned that it was going to because you found a better set. a few pictures of the wiring would help me decide

Pure white puts out the most light, but I have heard things about yellow putting out more. I assume yellow is just easyier on the eyes.
Price went down $10 and it's for a newer, higher quality model as well. I edited the first post:

#3 Value Series $169 + shipping; This kit is of lower quality, with a 3% return rate, keep in mind this kit is still better quality than a majority of kits out there. The bulbs and ballasts are slightly lower quality than the EXP series and comes with a 6 month warranty.
EXP series $219 + shipping; This kit uses the highest quality of materials and is on par with the most popular HID brands in the World. The EXP series has less than a 0.3% return rate and comes with a 2 year warranty.
Price is for single beam 4300k-12000k. 3000k is $15 more per kit and 12000k+ kits are available upon special order (requires an extra week or two) and is usually more than the other kits. Contact me for info on those kits or if you have any questions/concerns.
There are other series available in-between these two options but I'd prefer to only provide these two. If you want better quality than the Value #3 series but don't want to pay the price of the EXP series I can get you a quote for something in-between in quality and price.
Here are the Kelvin color temperatures:
Lumens for the different Kelvin temps:
3000k=2800
4300k=3200
6000k=2900
8000k=2500
10000k=2300
12000k=2000
12000k+ =<2000
I'll let you guys know when I get pictures of the install, the cars apart ready for them but I'm extreamly sick and can't even get out there to take them.
in fog and snow yellow is the best. it doesnt reflect off the particles. thats why fog lights are yellow. what we have in the reno/forenza are driving lights, totaly different.
i heard that some hid kits does not have a hi-beam. does your hid kit work with the high beams?
For our car it's not supposed to have the high beam. You can get another kit for the highs though. Our car has seperate bulbs for highs and lows, some cars use a just one bulb for both, with dual lighting.
I just got my HID kit installed...it looks good but i wouldn't get any color higher then 8000k ....its soo much brighter than halogen bulbs its not even funny..ill post pics or a video later...i misplaced my camera like kinky does lol.
