You say contact Chevy but here our Chevy Dealer sucks cuz they can't order it for me, so it's better to wait it to become available in the states to order it from there.

i found it by randomly searching for optra kits in singapore.....this guy took a picture of another kit set from chevi in this thread

chevi made a few kits for our car sooo thank them i guess

i just put this BMW shark fin on my car and it looks good on it so if you want to try it out u should...they are only around 3$ on ebay
