Cool

Hi guys,
If you've been having problems like myself in obtaining a Trailer Hitch for your Forenza, then look no further as I've finally found one.

It can be found here:- Forenza Trailer Hitch

Hope this helps!

Spaceman.

Guess you wouldn't think much of the motorcycle I saw today towing a small trailer.

IMO you can tow with any vehicle. With a Forenza I would see no problem towing up to around 800 lbs (weight of 4 large people). This could include a small trailer, a motorcycle, a jetski, even a quad...

YOU can think twice while I go out on the lake

177$ the part alone, without any wiring? Still prefer my custom made one.

Plus what's the idea to mount it directly to the bumper? Is it really strong enough for trailer towing?

read the owners manual it says the forenza isn't designed to tow anything.

That's true, it does say that... for the Forenza, and the Optra. The Lacetti and the Holden Viva give ratings for towing, and sell factory towbars.
I suspect that Suzuki didn't want to have to measure up to some US standard for defining towing capacity (just a guess).

Unfortunately, that leaves us without access to aftermarket tow products in the US.
