Hello all... Just got a 2006 lacetti platinum and love it. I am hoping someone can recommend a few sites where I can find information on how to modify the car a bit (body, sound, engine). I'd like it to be a bit faster - in Korea they sell a 1.4 and 1.6L. It's not as strong as I'd like on hills. I'd also like to know what kind of sound system i could fit in the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can fit any sound system.

As for power... we're not sure due to the inport of parts, and the fact we run the 2.0

theres also a 1.8 the parts for that should fit i think its the same.

Welcome to the forum. All north american Optras/Forenzas (Lacettis) come with the 2.0L
