can't see why your upset, unless your accustomed to everybody dropping what they are doing just for you. nobody cares that you were the president of general motors. when you brought your car in for service you were just another customer, treated just like the customer before you and treated like the customer who came after you. if you had a valid gripe then you should of sent the dealer a letter expressing your concerns. making an off handed remark like you did how little of concern you have for another persons status and the layman would view your statement as underclass and lack of education.
