fan blower drama

I have a 1995 tracker with an aftermartket a/c added several year ago. I started having a problem with the fan blower, it would only blow at the lowest speed. A/C still worked , just no blower speed. So I took down the blower, took out the blower motor, and ordered and received a new blower motor. Now, when I hook up the two connectors that I took out, I get nothing....not even the slow speed. I even tried to

Now, after I reconnect the two connectors that I took apart to get the motor out, I get nothing....not even the slow speed. I even tried to reconnect the old motor and nothing, not even the slow speed. When I test the connector to the fan, it doesn't seem like any power is getting there ( put it to an electric motor and no power is coming through the fan connector). Is there another fusebox to the fan blower I'm missing (maybe I have a blown fuse or something). Let me know if you have any suggestions. I've checked the regular fusebox under the steering wheel and they're okay. I'm a bit frustrated because it shoud have been an easy swapout.
