I am having problems with Suzuki Spain. I have tried to speak with someone in their head office in Madrid but policy states that a customer can only speak with Customer Service which is abysmal.
Can anyone please give me the email address of Customer Service in Japan or better a senior official so that I can discuss my problems with hopefully an interested party.
As I have just about given up with Suzuki Spain I took the advice of another member and contacted Suzuki UK. What a difference. I spoke with a young lady called Donna-Marie Willbond of Customer Service.
I requested confirmation of availability of a couple of parts. I had asked Suzuki Spain the same information a month or so before with no response. Within a five hours I had an email from Donna confirming the availability and she also attached a copy of the form used in the UK to obtain this information with my VIN etc. I also got a file containing the exploded view of what I was looking for.
I have to say that I was truly impressed with this professional service and would, without reservation recommend Donna as Suzuki's employee of the month if such a thing exists.
