Sort answer:They dont work.
Long Answer: Basically they are nothing but an adapted exhaust fan that you could buy at any electronics store that is placed in your intake tract and hooked to your battery to provide nothing more than a soft breeze into your intake. A soft breeze that is already overpowered by the vaccum created by your pistons. The theory itself is decent; however to create the about of boost made by a turbo you need something much stronger that would seriously drain your electrical system. There are a few versions that do create some "boost" however few and far between, and those, as stated above put some serious pull on your charging system, and can only be used for very short periods of time. Best bet if you want a quick burst of power for the same amount of time you get from these is to spend the money on a nitrous system. You would get a much bigger shot of power from it anyway. Thats my two cents.
