Default 2006 forenza, timing belt head gasket replaced,, seems to hesitate check engine light

HELP!!!
3 weeks ago I had my timing belt changed. Afterwards I noticed that going up a mountain or a hill it would hesitate. Coolant was leaking Took to dealer they replaced the head gasket. Picked it up tonight after 2 weeks without a car and 3 miles from home the check engine light started flashing. Drove to auto zone turned it off. They said they could not check it for me. Started it back up and light was off. Still idles rough just like before head gasket was replaced. Still hesitates going up an incline. Dealer 45 minutes away without traffic. paid 250 to have it towed to them the first time. any suggestions as to if it would be safe to drive back to them? Light is currently off.

thanks!!! i was literally scared to death to drive it. Out here in Ca on the freeway. I hope they can get it figured out. PepBoys did a quick scan but found no code. Light of course went off as soon as I turned it off. The stutter or I call it hesitation going up hills as if not enough gas or power I did not notice until after the timing belt was done. I bet they will tell me what ever it is ,,is not under warranty hahaha. Will keep you posted

Default update

ok ya'll, The shop called to tell me that the spark plugs were causing the misfire. Tuneup in August with a different place. The place told me they get the factory required plugs. well they put auto-life in,, Suzuki told me that the plugs looked good but it was the brand and the replaced them with Bosch. I was told it is running fine now. Will pick up in the morning. They replaced a filter but forgot to ask what filter. Charge for filter and plugs 68.00 Does all of this sound correct? Could it be because of a different type of plug and the price for plugs and filter?
Let us pray it is fixed. Still not convinced it was the plugs because did not appear to be sputtering etc until after timing belt was replace. Could just have been everything wrong with it lol.
