Default p0705 and p0700 but noscrambled console

The problem doesn't seem to be symptomatic of the codes so i was hoping someone else might be able to shine some light on the situation and with that a bit of background history that idk if it would have a role in it all but since this last foray into the car problems I'm not to keen on ruling anything out anymore.
I've had my car in and out of the shop for the last 4 months totaling some where around 1400$ first the dealership replaced the crankshaft sensor, 75'ish miles later it died and wouldn't restart then they replaced the throttle body, again some 75 miles later it died and wouldn't restart after taking it to my mechanic and he couldn't figure it out the dealership looks at it and says there was a wiring issue on my ECM. fixed the wiring issue and its driven fine for the last month or so.
Now its acting up again and throwing the p0700 and p0705 codes. I've had to replace the Transmission range sensor before and it doesn't seem to be behaving the same way it had in the past when it went bad. IE. no rough gear shifting atm, no scrambled dash.. do im a little lost on if maybe it IS the neutral safety switch but i just cant notice the fact its having problems or if its maybe something else like the TCM and the p0705 is just a by-product of it. it does shift a little off but none of the nasty clunking and accelerating issues i had last time it went bad it just throws up my MIL and goes into limp home mode, clear out the codes and it goes back to driving just fine for another 75 miles which is im assuming when one of the test are done on it.?
just curious if i should just go ahead and change the neutral switch or if it rly is symptomatic of a different issue.thanks in advance for any help.

sorry in all the writing i forgot to put the basic stuff in there. its an 2006 forenza.
P0700 Trans Control Sys Malfunction
P0705 - Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction

the 700 I'm assuming from what I understand is the computer for the transmission and the 705 being the TRS/Neutral safty switch.

There's a possibility it could be the TRS. It might be just a little off from its perfect position. I would think that if the TRS code comes up so would the other code. Did you install the TRS yourself? Here's a link to the thread with all the info about the TRS. It will help if you want to try a check it out yourself.

yea i installed it myself a few years ago actually and haven't had any issues out of that part since then. why its seeming odd. I've had so many issues out of it the last year that im a bit shell shocked on assume anything on it anymore.

well its worth a try to check it. other than that im not really sure. there have been a few instances of the transmission itself having a problem.
