'04 wheel/brake/rotor noise. pls help

a week ago i noticed a "grinding and rubbing type" noise (fairly loud) that happens mostly when I begin to accelerate the car from a complete stop or slow down and without pressing brake. the noise disappears when car reaches around 30 mph most times and sometimes returns (but not always) after a complete stop. I purchased new rotors and brake pads for all wheels a year ago this month. Seems to be coming from rear pass. side wheel. Any ideas what this could be? My first guess would be the brake pad wearing down & rubbing against rotor but having just got the pads less than a year ago, i hope that wouldn't be it. what else could it be? caliper? brake shoes? thx.

p.s. i have an audio file of it recorded. is there a way to upload audio on the boards?

your rear caliper may have frozen touching the rotor. could also possibly be your ebrake pads. were those ever changed? theyre not the same as the rear brake pads
