Default After Market Intakes

Are there any other companies such as injen or K&N besides BMS who make cold air intakes for the 07 reno's? Ive seen a few in pictures but can't seem to find one online. If anyone has managed to put one on their vehicle it would greatly help me out if you could tell me where you got it from

Nope. Why would you want anything else anyways? Even if the other companys had them it wouldn't be any better than the BMS intake. None of those big companys really test there products. They just build what works on paper, which is usually pretty damn good but the BMS intake is built, tested, rebuilt, untill they found what works best. Other companys don't use plastic because it costs more but it's a hell of allot better than anything out there. As allot of us have learned from pheoniic spacers that heat on the intake KILLs allot of performance but the plastic intakes aren't very effected by heat

Weapon R makes the secret weapon intake if you're looking for one. It's not a bad system at all.

I think that's the name. Not 100% sure though.

not sure about k+n but i know injen does extensive testing and reserch on all of there intakes. weapon r has 2 intakes for our car the dragon intake and the secret weapon intake. the dragon is a short ram and the secret weapon is a cai i think. but for our car the bms is the best choice its gone through extensive testing and reserch

i was gonna make my own intake out of fiberglass, but i think it'll be too time consuming and not as effective as buying the BMS. it would be cheaper, but it's not worth all the time i'd have to spend working out the bends and everything

The Warrenty is voided is the part you installed caused the problem... but how can you hurt it with an intake? If its a worry, keep the old set up around and swap

Remember, some dealers try to claim your engine blowing up on aftermarket rims.
