So when are those aliens coming? lol.
I don't know how hard nor how difficult it would be to get better tubing and installing it. Becuase this may also help our not so good a/c units.
Our compressors good, its the design to get it from there to you that sucks

weve got a good unit, but they dropped it in the worst part of the engine bay, the line that feeds from the compressor passes right by the headers, genious, and the feed isnt even insulatated in that area, alls i got was a piece of aluminum foil wrapped around it.

I don't know the engines physical demsions, but woult it be possible to re-route the hoses? I know there isn't a ton of room in our engine bay, but hoses aren't that big so they shouldn't need that much room.

Yet, knowing enough about hoses to know there a pain, I wouldn't put that as a do it your self thing

besides not knowing a bunch about the effects of frion... the tubing couldnt be too hard, ive screwed around with plenty of refridgeraters. but the biggest problem about messing around with this type of tubing is quality of flow. having too many bends in the rerouting may cause the same problems as running the lines passed the hottest part of the engine. id have to take a good look at it. maybe when autumn comes around, ill let my alien radar run for this summer, but personally it is too weird looking to keep permanent.

It looks like its stainless. Ive bent this while I was trraining for my job. To get it the way we would want needs more experiance then I could muster. If there was a kit, that would be one thing, but to experiment...

itll be kind of hard considering your exhaust is bigger and easier to wrap something around, thinner ac tubing may prove a bit more dificult to wrap with that type of wrap.
