well according to Metra Electronics the speaker sizes for are car are: Fronts 6.5 with a 1inch tweeter, Rears 6.5 with a 1inch tweeter. I took apart my door 07 reno and the fronts are 6.5inch but the tweeter deff looked like 1/2inch to me and the rear did look like 5 1/4 with the same size tweeter but it looks like enough space to install 6.5 in the rear also. and if your looking for a deal check out circuit city going out of business sale right now speakers are 40% off im going to get me a set of kicker Ks components for the front and rear when they get cheaper good luck...

Wink Speakers

We just bought speakers for our 2006 Forenza wagon--replaced factory 6/12 in the front and 5 1/4 in the back. Did not replace tweeters.

update the fronts are 6 1/2 i just brought a set of kicker ks components for the front and they are 6inches the tweeters are 1/2inch and not 1inch so what i did was mount the tweeter to the woofer and they sound much cleaner than stock..
