Evap Sensor on the fritz
Has anyone else had a check engine light and was told that there evap sensor in the tank is bad. I took it to the dealer and had them check it. They said that the sensor is recieving a faulty signal, they also said that it could because of my 12's in the trunk causing this signal due to the sound waves produced by the subs causing faulty pressure readings by the sensor. They said this could also void my warranty for this particular item and any future problems would warrant out of pocket payment. Any suggestions?
