i need help!!!!

ok heres a good one for ya!

i took my car into best buy, and had my stereo installed, considering i dont have that much time to do it, with the marine corps and all...

first, the broke my AC/Heat controls...the broke the darn gears in the back, so that cost 140 dollars...but they reimbursed me for that.

second, they glued a HONDA installation kit onto the face plate which has the hazards, AC controls, and all that connected, and it fell out 2 weeks later...did i mention it was hot glue...?

and finally, they wont fix it....considering "they dont have the parts to install it." i personally think its B.S. considering they have to uphold the gurantee (which is still in effect).

ok, since im pretty much boycotting best buy, went to circut city, tweeter, and a bunch of custom and auto parts stores, where can i find a darn installation kit for my 07 reno? i know its the same stereo set-up as the 05 and 06, but where can i find it!!!!????

hey i used to work for abt electronics and we really do just about anything you can think of, if you would like contact them and if we dont have it in stock we will order the part for you....just go to Abt - Consumer Electronics & Appliance Store for Home, Portable & Mobile Electronic Products or call this number 847-967-8830 theire chicago based but trust me you will get whatever you want from them for car audio (i also worked for best buy and well yea your story is no suprise here, thats why i moved to abt)
