2002 Grand Vitara Speaker Sizes

Does anyone know what the speaker sizes are for the 2002 Grand Vitara 3-door, both front and back?

I've replaced the stereo head unit with a Kenwood and it suits the interior perfectly. Now all I have to do is replace the crappy factory speakers.

Does anyone know the procedure for removing the factory speakers? Do I have to remove any of the panelling?

Hi,

I am a newbie also! I had asked this question in another forum a while back and I found out that the speakers are 6.5". I have a 2002 Grand Vitara XL-7 and I have speakers in all four doors.

Now, as far as installing, I will have to ask a buddy of mine about that. He does that for a living so, I know he could tell me and I can get back atcha this weekend or as early as next week.
