Hi!!
I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone could help! I have a 00 Jimny and over the past month or so it seems to struggle starting a little more and more to the point where it didn't want to start anymore. I assumed the battery was dying on me.
I drove the other day (with lights on) and after about 40mins of driving I stopped at my destination and turned lights off, but when I went to start again it made a couple of turns but not enough to start and eventually died! I had a nice man give me a jumpstart which went great first go. The rest of the day it was fine. But then the following day it started to play up again so I decided to stop stuffing around and change the battery. It started but it still had to crank a few times before starting! Engine light is coming on.
Can anyone help???
