Default Stalls When Heater Is Turned On

When starting my 04' Forenza it starts rough then revs up high then idles really low almost stalling, then if I put on the Heater it will immediately stall. I thought I had solved the problem when I changed a hose that was complete mush and had holes in it that went from the throttle body to the manifold cover. Problem still exisits.
Even when I do not put the heater on it sounds like the a/c compressor is clicking to come on and will stall when compressor comes on. Also, the radiator fans are coming on as soon as I start the car even when cold. Please help. Thanks!

what's your TB look like on the inside? coud your Idle Air control valve be gunked up possibly. How many miles are on the car? What's the timing belt look like if its alot of miles? Spark plugs? Pull them what do they look like? All very important keys to this puzzle.

I have the same problem with my girfriends 05 forenza. Her car was a hand me down from her sister who never took care of it. She hadnt had a oil change in forever so we changed her oil and filter, new spark plugs and her stock airbox had a huge crack in it so we rigged up a home made k&n cold air intake and even put sea foam fuel injector cleaner with 93 octane. It helped for a little while but now its back.
