Evo fusion said the exhaust would be coming out (shipped to buyers) around August I thought. I see that they test fitted it and that's great, but when does the production start? I see they are trying to make a header and mid-pipe, that's great but for those of us that pre-ordered the exhaust, already gave them our money, when do we see the final product. I said once that this would probably take until Christmas and I think there was a few people sticking up of EFAuto, EFAuto... You have your supporters and customers, don't let us down...

It was last month when i last got a response to a email and never got one since with 2 emails unreplied. A month ago they were waiting for the factory to produce them. The current progress i have no idea from.

I have emailed EFAuto at least two times since August and neither of them have been responded to. Are they a legit company, I'm thinking about calling my credit card company and reporting this. I know I was told that they did not have a ship date, or a date that they promised to have it done, but being a paying customer I feel that I do have a right to know what their progress is. If anyone knows anything please fill me in

They are legit, and apparently their exhausts are nice quality and nice sounding. I knew what i was getting into before hand, they seem to ignore customers at times, if u email them asking about purchase of a product, they will reply within a couple days, try that one to see if you are being ignored.

Thanks for the reply, I guess I will just continue to wait, I have sent them a few emails with no reply. I'd like to hear back from them because I was thinking about contacting my credit card company to tell them they should look into it.

I don't think they're into customer satisfaction, like is it that much trouble to send a email at once to all the pre buy fellows and keep them updated, or keep the site updated. Anyways i already told them id like to have a refund, and they said there is a 20% i think restocking fee. So i changed that quickly cause it was almost $100 i would lose. If you get a reply let us know.

Did you tell them that you wanted a refund for the exhaust or another piece that they actually have in stock? I'll let you know if I ever hear anything back from them.

it was for the cat back, which they do not even have built yet when i told them i wanted a refund, they didn't even have the prototype when i asked about a refund.
