At least 10whp based off what only removing the same CAT that the headers do. I haven't been able to dyno the headers because my car hasn't been running right for over a year.

Danny, isn't the 10hp gain from the 4-2-1 header the same as putting in a test-pipe in place of the secondary CAT? I notice that a 10hp gain is stated on your ebay store for the test pipes you have for sale.
Regardless of choosing a header or pipe- don't you have to grind off the bolts to the CAT?

No headers should give better gains, and in much better areas of the power band for racing.

Nope, no grinding. Bolts right in.

you might have to heat or grind of the bolts if there rusted in place, but the test pipe or the headers are a direct replacement. no custome fab needed

Won't removing the cat and adding a header throw a check engine light?

For some it has, for others it hasn't. If it does there are ways to fool it. Some memorys got ride of a CEL with $5 worth of parts while it didn't work for others.
