Nice. I like this setup better than the other one you had, as you say it builds up and not just kicks in. I have a question tho. You said this turbo was more laggy how so? Because I thought you where getting a build up of power?

I am also want to see a new video with this turbo.

Its more laggy as in it takes longer to spool up. Power is not as instant when you hit the gas as the old one. The car does however drive alot nicer when out of boost, with crisper throttle response.

Videos will come

You mean push more torque? Boost isn't directly what kills them. We limited the boost and torque to 200 ft lbs. For the time being its still the same transmission, but things might change soon. I'll post about that when I have concrete plans.

mmmmm custom cut gearset....... a nice way to spend upwards of $10k Unfortunately that is not in my budget.

Finally it's ready... I was trying to wait until I could get some outside flyby footage, but it just been too cold/wet/snowy/icey here lol.

Tuning for 7psi on the turbo Optra with T4/T04B V-Trim - Video

I am not posting the final numbers yet as there is another piece to the setup which I'm hoping will get the ideal numbers I want. Even so, as I've said it did manage to make more HP with less boost.

Here is the difference in spool between the turbos:

What injectors did you use for your Turbo Optra??? I know you had to change them cause our stock Injectors doesnt compensate for the new Air fuel ratio that your engine is receiving.

I am using stock injectors plus 2 additional 32lb/hr injectors that are welded into the charge pipe right before the throttle body. My emanage blue can add extra fuel through the stock injectors and it also completely controls the additional ones.
