Biggest advantage with a wideband is the ability to tune your engine.

If you want to learn more go here

MegaManual Index

I warn you its pretty dry reading but if you want to really tune your car megasquirt or something like it is a must. Also the megasqurit forums are a great place to find info too.

Here is my wideband gauge, along with my voltmeter. I finally installed them and they look amazing. They really fit well in my custom A pillar pods I made. After installing the wideband sensor, i didn't get a CEL until the ECU reset and now I have it. Is there any way to remove the CEL without hooking the old sensor back up (I really don't want to have it hanging there outside the exhaust). And also, will the CEl affect my gas mileage at all. Lately it feels like I've been getting crappy mileage (200 miles to the tank). Would that have anything to with it?

I know, I have no idea why its huge. I'll take a look at the CEL light removers, so keep me posted on that. By removing that CEL, will it affect the car anyway?

It may not be the case for everyone, I'm actually kind of suprised I'm not getting one but I'm not very high above sea level which makes a big difference

you're using a cat, though...we were trying to kill the CEL without having to use one. someone even said they drilled a 2" hole in the OEM cat and didn't get the CEL but still have some decent flow
