Also, I don't think we need to be insulating the high pressure (warm) return pipe. The only place I would recommend is right by the firewall, to separate warm from cold cause they're almost touching there. Everywhere else, the high and low are separated nicely.

Looks ugly as sin, but I don't mind if it gets me cold cold cold air...heh. I was seriously considering emptying the system and replacing the coolant with that Arctic Freeze stuff. But I'm not sure about laws and safety and such releasing 134-A into the air....
