Sounds like your brakes are heating up massively.
The only time i have no brakes is when i'm giving the some serious punishment.
Have you tried bleeding the whole system dry and putting in a better quality brake fluid, not necessarily a racing fluid but a fast road fluid.
If that gives no joy i'd start by replacing disks and pads, then caipers before then driving the car through your local suzuki dealers window!
