Default How to update maps in 2016 Vitara

Hi,
I have a 2016 Vitara (1.6D, 4WD).
It has GPS built in to the Bosch entertainment centre and the SD card says it uses HERE maps
But even though I bought it new last month, the maps are dated 2014
Does anyone know how to update the HERE maps?
Any searching I do takes me to the Garmin site, so I guess that other models must use the Garmin maps.
The manual just says refer to the Suzuki site, but I can't find anything there.
The HERE web site seems to be aimed at OEMs

I asked my dealer here in NZ and was told I would be advised by email when a new map was available, but not to expect anything for at least a year.

Default Dealer in Ireland similarly unhelpful

Thanks, I found my dealer here to be also unable to help.
When selling the car, he said I could just download new maps, but now that I want an update he says that what Suzuki told him was wrong and I have to wait until they make updates available.

You will need a genuine card, there is a lot more than just maps on the sd card. Perhaps someone can clone one. Just making a copy doesn't work, I have tried.

Default Exactly the same problem

The links only take one to putting stuff on your PC - I now can no longer use my GPS as it requires maps - and they are gone.

Come on Suzuki, provide some real help here!

Suzuki dealership know next to nothing about how to get these maps for the Vitara 2016. I've called a couple and am always advised they will call me back and never do.

Does anyone actually have the SD card? I'm willing to work with you directly to get a copy, hell I'm even willing to pay for it at this point. Shoot me a message on here.

I don't know why it's so hard to find this SD card. Suzuki has fallen short on this front.
