thanks lathamda850.

i dont think it looks that great. but it works good.

anyway, on the outside, there's not much aftermarket. i have the front and rear tube bars, made by OVERKILL ENGINEERING here in australia, front is winch compatible. then i have my custom made soft top, gives it a 2 seater 'fast back' style, like a hummer. i put 33" tyres on, but i need more lift for the tyres to clear.

i also have to have the 3" rubber flares to keep the law happy. thats about it on the outside.

i am 21, and a university student, so money isnt something i have a lot of. i have owned my vitara for 1 and a half years, and so far, everything on it i have done myself. i got my top made, and i bought the front and rear bars, but everything else on my vit i pretty much made or modded.

i put the body lift in myself, and i have yet to fine tune my suspension lift. i also installed the weber carby on my own, now that was a challenge to tune right. my vit also used to be black, but i resprayed it in my drive way.

i'm in the process of lifted the fuel tank 4" to gain more rear ground clearance, and i'm also going to weld in a new crossmember at the back of the chassis for solid recovery points.

thats the best thing about suzuki 4wd's, they are so easy and simple to work on, and parts are fairly cheap also.
