I'm looking at putting a step bumper hitch onto an XL7. I haven't purchased the bumper yet, but plan to get the one link below from Harbor Freight. I'm not sure what hardware it comes with as far as bolting it to the frame. I have seen that there are nuts in the bottom of the bumper and wanted to find out what size bolts go into those nuts. Any ever use the step bumper listed? Any know what size bolts can go into the nuts on the bottom of the bumper.
Looks like they are M12 x 1.75 x 30mm, per this hitch. I did see where it was listed as 45mm instead. I think that would be the length of the bolt, so that would deepened on what length you would need, depending on what is being attached.
