one more question

new XL7 owner right. Anyway when i turn my car off at anytime even if i just turn the key on and back off I hear 2 clunking/clicking noises from under the hood. It's only right after i turn it off and only twice. Anyone know what it is i'm hearing, can't quite figure it out????

I can't be the only one that has this on theirs. Try it once go out turn your key on or start it and turn it off and listen with the door open it makes 2 clunking sounds from under the hood, sounds mechanical or possibly something electrical...

Those, I would assume are relays and solenoids on the engine. Our's does it, I am not concerned. It has always done it.

It was my tail pipe hitting the frame.

In my case, after I turn on the engine, I always hear ONE clunking/clicking sound. Seems something was released.
