Many times. Mostly in snow or on ice. Sometimes on steep rough gravel tracks. Usually when cornering, and usually the brake traction control activates before the throttle backs off.
I've seen it happen once on pavement. Highway 3 east of Manning Park, there are some very sharp (30-40kph ) corners with undulating surfaces. With the GV loaded with people and baggage, I guess I took one a bit fast. I wasn't going fast enough to come anywhere losing control even without ESP, but I felt the inside rear wheel brake momentarily.
It's worth knowing that if you keep the gas pedal down, the throttle will come back to normal in a few seconds.
