Spoke to soon...it appears as though the vibration through the car is less, but the noise is still present. I really wish I could find a driveshaft that was in a vehical that I know works just to try it.
I guess I need to open up the rear end and take a look... out the axles come again.
I noticed that inside the transfer case there is a set of needle bearings that run on the OD of the input end of the driveshaft. Could it be possible that the OD of the input shaft of the driveline is worn down? IS ther ea size or tolerance for this?
found this videdo.....sounds similar at around 3:08 in the video..but my pinion bearing seems solid and has no play. Also only makes the sound afterl 60Km/hr. Prior to that its pretty quiet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3TO2cF23YI

The T/C is *new* and was only run with the bent driveshaft for maybe 2 min worth of driving on stands. I replaced it thinking it was the problem. I am wondering though if the driveline end is undersize, meaning there may be too much clearance between the OD of the driveline and the ID of the needle bearings in the T/C output housing. Not sure what the size should be. If I new the ID size of the needle bearings I could come up witha rough number...I do know that the driveline slides in easy and I dont have to wiggle or anything to make it go..maybe too much clearance..
OK...Good News....it seems that it may have been the driveshaft afterall.
I decided to take it off the jackstands and go for a spin to see what I hear when things are tighter under load rather then free wheeling on stands. Sure enough..she runs smooth on the highway..no noise, no shudder, no grinding. Not sure why it sounds like its gonna blow up on the stands...but im not looking a gift horse in the mouth. Ill drive it for a few days and put a few miles on her and see how things go. If anything changes i'll post info for others to read.
Now to figure out why my starter slow cranking and is sparking to the block....but thats another thread for another day
