Can I remove this off my windshield?

Hi there, my Swift 1.3 is a Japanese import an at the top left side of the windshield, something is stuck on. My dad said it could possibly be an aerial of some sort - But it doesn't lead anywhere and i haven't seen it on other Swifts :/

Looks like it was an aerial at some point but the connectors look torn off. I'd take a flat razor blade and carefully slide the blade on the glass with glass cleaner as a lube. It'll get that off.
