Default Loudest sound system in the forum!! :D

Posted: Wed Apr 01, 2009 1:40 am

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey guys, my name is Javier Duque, i´m a Venezuelan living at the moment in Panama City, the gas here and the traffic stinks, that´s why i bought the Swift and I LOVE IT!! . I´m not a big fan of speed, engine mods and others stuff, i´m just a very big fan of car audio. I have compited about 70 or 80 times in my life, a lot of people told me that the swift sucks at car audio, that´s i assambly this sound system,to shot their trashholes down!!

Here it is, the work is not done yet, i have to install the EQ, make a case for the battery, set the gains better, change the port on the box because it´s too high and i want 40hz, and a couple of other things, nex you have the specs, pictures and video!!!

- Dynamat Extreme sound deadener on the trunk and the sides.
- Kinetik HC1200 Battery.
- Bigger negative wire to the battery.
- Stock alternator.
- Stinger voltmeter.
- 200 amps distribution block.
- JL Audio 0 gauge wire kit for the power.
- JL Audio 8 gauge for the subs.
- JL Audio 12 gauge for the speakers.
- 4 Cadence FX6K component kits.
- JBL GTO953 6x9 speakers.
- JBL GTO 75.4II for the speakers.
- 3 Digital Designs 1510 10" subs.
- Powerbass ASA1500.1D for the subs.
- Custom made 4.5 cu/ft vented box, tuned at 50hz

The car is gonna compite on street legal SPL 1500, i can only have one battery, 1500 rms at the most on the subs amp, stock seats and everything, enjoy!!

PS:Crappy pictures,sorryyyyyy

THE VIDEO!!(on spanish, later i´ll tape one in english for you )

hey mate,
That is a pretty big call to say you have the loudest sound system on this thread. How much dB does it read when tested? You can't really tell the significance of the bass from a video and yeah your phone kept sliding off the dash but if you put plastic on plastic of course it is gonna slide off. But I would like to see it in real life just to appreciate it more. Check my sound system that I have in my swift @ http://www.suzuki-forums.com/2004-sw...uki-swift.html I havent got it tested for dB yet but this also goes pretty hard. My rear vision miror on my roof has started to come off from the vibration from the bass haha. Anyway check mine out and leave a comment. Just one thing left i have to say... Prepare to be Wowed!

Default mmm

Those are Kicker CVR 12" 400 rms each one, i don´t know what amp you are using, i have owned those subs and even thew 15" and i love them, but i can asure you that they are not louder than the DD, sorry to say that to you, besides, the cvr´s love the bix boxes wich you don´t have, instead of putting that big penis there, you should made a bigger and better box!!!

How much did i measured??? 146.8 dbs on the audiocontrol and 141.2 on the Termlab, my sound it´s not finish yet, i´m installing another battery, i bigger alternator and getting a linedriver, i´m hoping to get around 148 on the audiocontrol and 142 on the termlab.

Nice sound system by the way, one again, make a better box and get that dick out of the trunk, you´ll see what those subs can do!!!

I have 1000 watts, 400 watt rms worth of 6x9's, 800 watts, 400 watts rms worth of door speakers, 2800 watts, 1400 watts rms from 2 subs and 1 2500 watt amp for the subs and a 1500 watt amp for the other speakers.

I'll try and get a pic up. It sounds amazing. Just dissapointed I lost my stearing controls !
