Default Clock removal

Hi there,

I am just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the clock section???

The car has had some serious dash rattles since i bought it, and after a good 500km drive, some on rough roads, they have finally gone crazy!!

I did have a piece of foam wedged in the gap between the screen and dash but that just doesnt cut it anymore. So i would like to get the clock out and pack in underneath it with some padding. I just cant get it out!!

I wondered if there was a trick to it? There isnt enough to get a good grip and pull, and i dont want to damage the soft plastic surround by using a screw driver.

Any ideas?!
