Default How do you remove door panels?

I saw similar topic in other car but it didnt solve my issue.
I need to instal speakers in my Suzuki Swift 3-door GC, to remove door panels I did everything like in manual but problem appeard with something which is not there.
I have car with manual windows opener which makes things a lot complicated when I am trying to remove door panels.
Does anybody know how to remove this panel with manual window opener ???
I will be really happy if somebody can help me

edit:
does anybody knows how to install speakers in rear "doors" in 3-door car ?? maybe it will be easier than removing front panel...

I have a 93, and 94. Remove the two plugs on the inner door handle and take out the large phillips head screws. Look down into the upper door pocket and back out the two smaller phillips head screws. Slip a large string or cloth between the window crank and the backup washer and saw it gently back and forth. There is a c shaped wire clip retaining the crank to the shaft and you need to release it before the crank will come loose. Slide a pick under the inner door handle trim and lift the two upper clips to release the door handle bezel. Slide something wide and flat under the door panel edges and lift each one of the plastic clips that hold the panel to the steel door. At this point the panel should be able to swing out from the door. Raise it straight up to get the window bottom seal released from the window well and set it out of the way while you put the speakers in. If your not using factory equipment or positions. make sure the window glass will clear the speaker when you roll it down into the door.
