I found a product from Internet, called Xcarlink. Basically, it is a CD changer emulator, which is using CeNet interface. It can play MP3/WMA music on USB drive or SD card. Also, you can change song via steering wheel. You can find it on Xcarlink and it costs AU$155.

Hi Guys,

I have 06 SwifT with the clarion headunit, dont really know exactly the model because the manual says ps-2657-58-59-60. I just really want to know if the Clarion EA1251 works on this kind of units and if the steering wheel controls will properly function.
THANKS!!

My recommendation is simple

- If you have the proprietary white connector (see photo) next to the black cnet connector, then follow my instructions an build yourself an AUX cable. Of course you will not have any kind of ipod control from the wheel, except volume and mute. But I think its better this way, I prefer to manage the ipod through its interface.

- If you don´t have the white connector, then I guess the only option is to look for one of those cd changers emulators, which I dont like at all.

( Lo mismo para el chico de Mexico, si tenés el conector blanco hacete el cable y listo, es muy facil)

Cheers
Gonza

Yeah it does, it's been mentioned a few times on this forum that it works with the steering controls.

Default Cable modification

Thanks gonza for your post.
Im form Argentina too ans have a Suzuki Swift 1.5vvt.
The cable works fine, but Ive noticed that the right channel sounds rare, like no voice.
So I decided to interchange the ground and left channel and.... works perfect!!!!!!.

Here is my modification:
in this diagram of conexions

the audio left pin must be GROUND and the ground must be AUDIO LEFT.
Thas all....
Sounds great!!
