Installing a Sirius Sporster 5 satellite radio in my 2006 Suzuki XL7
Hello all. I am installing a Sporster 5 Sirius satellite radio in my 2006 Suzuki XL7 and was wondering what is the better way to have a clear sound. What type of wired FM modulator relay do I need for the install? (part number) I understand that part number FMDA25 does not fit. Is there an adapter or a part that actually fits? Thank you.
I can't remember what type of RF connectors my 2002 has. If Suzuki is using the smaller RF connectors, you can get adapters for them just about anywhere. I think mine uses the standard size connectors. I added an aftermarket RF modulator, from EBAY, and a switch to turn it on and off. I use it for Sirius, MP3, or DVD players.
