Default Power sterring fluid DEXRON 111

Hi,

I'm in confuse state I went to shop to purchase power sterring fluid with recommended as per manula DEXRON 111 but represntative has given me automatic transmission fluid with DEXRON 111.

He said your car uses transmission fluid in power sterring fluid.

So pls advice me is it possible to put transmission fluid in power sterring fluid container.

Because I searched for power sterring fluid didn't get any other then STP.Pls advice.

Yes it takes ATF in the power steering. Sounds odd but that's actually what is in there from factory. I am a Suzuki tech as well. A lot of manufactures use ATF in the power steering. Is yours low/leaking?

I topped mine up last week with generic power steering fluid. Seems fine so far.

Power Steering Fluid 500ml - Autobarn - Oils/Additives - Tranmission Fluids - actually it says compatible with Dexron III systems

thanks for the info

mine is low...so shouls I go ahead and use the ATF in power sterring is therir any problem later

There won't be any problems- that's what is in there from the factory.
