Did you get this fixed ? I have the same problem !
Can you folks HEAR the window motor try / hum if you attempt to go UP with the window? If so, it's not a power issue, but proly a button / switch problem. IF so, I see them on e-bay all of the time for $30-$50 bucks for the whole assembly consisting of all of the switches and housing.

No motor sound. My left window works just fine. So I guess they use the same fuse, so not a fuse issue.
Any idea where I should look. Not the mechanical type, but have installed my own cruise control, so not totally untalented .
Mostly afraid of breaking panels when trying to remove the first time.

P.S Any service manual on how to remove the door panels ??
Going on memory here...two screws (phillips)...one in the panel "hand hold" recess mounted vertically. One in the door latch handle opening area installed horizontally.
Unscrew / remove the door lock button at the top of the panel.
Pop off the triangle shaped plastic piece in the front corner of the glass (behind the side mirror).
The panel ...10-12 "pop" out pins around the sides and bottom (slide a putty knife blade btwn the panel and door frame until you bump up against them and twist / pop the insert).
Now it gets a little tricky. Pull the panel out from the bottom a little. Then slide and raise the complete handle assembly / door panel BACK about a half inch to disengage it from it's lock tab (area near the upper screw that you removed) in the door frame.
Now it's loose. Reach behind the panel and disconnect the door lock and window wiring harness at the switches.
Leave the door handle linkage attached and just rotate the door panel slightly and then the whole handle assembly will pass THROUGH the panel opening when you achieve the correct angle.
1st time it will take 30 minutes. After that 5 minutes.

Max, is there any guidance that I can find to help me with your instructions? I'm a visualization person and normally need to "see" what I'm working on.
I'd appreciate any additional guidance you can provide me on this.
I'm speaking of the rear passenger side power window that will not go all the way up.....only about 2/3rds of the way up.
Thanks guys. I'd love to hear from anyone about this.
My daughter has the same problem with her "rear passenger side power window" on her XL-7.
Can you or anyone else advise me what to look for or what to do? I sure would appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks to anyone who can help advise me on this issue. It's difficult to leave a window down when it's pouring rain...........help.
Yes, I got it fixed. It turned out to be the "control" box in the drivers side that was the problem. I took it apart cleaned all the connectors and presto I got it to work.. So bad connections in my case..
