Changing spark plugs in '02 XL-7

I am looking for some help in changing my spark plugs. I have read that this engine has some type of internal ignition system with no wires. I am a novice with vehicle work, but I would like to try and change them myself. Can anyone help me locate them in this engine?

look on top of the valve covers, there should be a black plastic cover with 2 screws holding it on. remove that and then there will be 3 coils on each side, remove the bolt on each of those and pull them out. Plugs will be there
