So, where is O2 sensor located, how hard is to change it and what is the good price to pay for it?

99' and up 2.5 and 2.7 Zuki GV and XL V-6's have the O2 sensors in the same location.

It was b1 s1. Autozone had universal for $60 but I ordered with the right connector from oxygensensors.com and it was $80 shipped next day air. My mech charged me $20 to install and to reset the warning light. It was not too bad. Thanks to all.
