I'm going to ask you two questions - more to make a point than to get an answer.
Q1 - What makes you think the timing kit you're looking at is the same kit, from the same vendor, that John Q. Public (whoever responds to your question) used, and that you will have the same results (whether good or bad) that he did?
Q2 - Do you really want to trust your engine to parts of unknown quality, from an unknown source? If that chain fails you run the risk of bending the valves.
You need to recognise that eBay is a marketplace, you are not dealing with a large corporation, but rather with one of many vendors, some of whom are honest & trustworthy, and some of whom are out to make money any way they can - and supplying cheap low quality parts that will work for a few months before failing is quite common.
On a personal note - I've bought a bit of stuff on ebay - including car parts, including car parts out of Taiwan - and when it came to timing components for my GV - SGP (Suzuki Genuine Parts) is what I used.
