It's not so much a matter of it being a Peugeot but that it is common rail with higher pressure and smaller nozzles than the old VE pump system, and therefore is more sensitive to the temperature-variable viscosity of biodiesel.
I would stick with Peugeot's recommendations which I'm guessing is no more than a 15% mix in summer, and perhaps zero in the winter. It's great to be green but not if it risks costly damage to your engine.
Perhaps our Aussie friends have some comments as it is more widely available there than here.
