Rev prob need info on problem

can anyone tell me what might be the problem. my car at times won't rev above 2800RPM as what i've read this is call limp mode.just had the fuel filter and fuel rail sensor replaced after having another problem where my car would shutdown after few minutes of idle and while driving.The rev problem comes and goes. Peugeot engine 2.0TD. still new with this explaining problem thing, if need more detail please ask.

Looks like "limp mode" is more like 2200 rpm, I've posted the faults that trigger that on mine, should be the same for yours.
You need to get yourself a OBD-II scanner, perhaps someone here knows which ones to use but I think ScanGauge is reputable. You need to make sure you have the right connector, below.

Does code p1112 and p1113 have to do anything with my car's limiting its rev.

Sorry i wrote the wrong error code, its not p1113, its p1138 (regulator blocked or something)

my scanner arrived. got code po230 and p243. fuel pump circuit malfunction and wastegate solenoid malfuntion. the error code p243 is causing the loss of power (fixed), the p0230 is now causing my car to shutdown.
