I had a very bad experience with the following store, and I would like to share it with the rest of you:

I placed an order on Tuesday last week, with the 2nd day delivery shipping option. The representative told me that I will receive the parts on Friday. When I called back on Friday, they told me that the parts have not been shipped yet, because they didn't have one item in stock.
Instead of letting me know about this, they simply decided that I can wait until they received the missing part. They wouldn't even reimburse me for the 2nd day shipping charge.
The parts have arrived on Monday, except the one that was back ordered. The offered "discount" was a joke.
